Fanny holds an M.Sc. in Management from emlyon Business School. Prior to joining microTERRA, she created and was the CEO of donadora.org, a B Corp that is the major donation platform for social and environmental projects in Mexico. Originally from France, she has been living in Mexico since 2014 where she started her career leading the operations at Fondeadora, the first creative crowdfunding platform in Latin America, bought by Kickstarter in 2016.

David holds a Ph.D. in marine ecology from the University of Murcia, Spain, and a Post-doctorate in marine biology and biological oceanography from the UNAM in México. For over 12 years, David has worked as a consultant for symbiotic aquaculture projects throughout the world giving him an exceptional aquaculture network and positioning him as an international aquaculture specialist.

Teresa has a solid foundation in product development from big corporations and entrepreneurial experience from launching her own company. She brings twenty years of experience in innovation and product development in the food industry, with postgraduate studies in food science and diplomas in various fields, including culinary arts, both in Mexico and internationally.

Born in Mexico, Viridiana lived in Nicaragua for a few years, that was where she established her first links with nature, and it became one of her greatest passions, which motivated her to study biology. During the first years of her career, it was difficult to choose a subject of specialization, but in the end, it was plant biochemistry. She currently has a master's degree in biochemistry with a specialty in plant proteins and has been in this field for 8 years.
